Some countries that are friends with NATO and many countries where most people follow Islam have asked the U.S. President Donald Trump not to make things worse with Iran by sending more military forces, because there are more fights happening in the Middle East.
This call happened when leaders from the UK, France, Germany, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, Egypt, and Italy met in Istanbul on October 23.
During the meeting, leaders asked for a solution through talking and agreements. They also warned that if they used more military force against Iran, it could cause more problems in the area and make gas and oil prices around the world go up.
Trump said that if Iran says no to the deal that Washington wants, there might be more attacks against Iran.
This situation makes both sides want to talk and solve the problem so they don't fight more and hurt the world’s money and jobs.
